Health and Safety

Old Bells Construction & Demolition aim to be at the forefront for health and safety. The risk assessments and method statements we create for our contracts are extremely thorough and bring an understanding of the tasks involved to both the workforce and the client. In order to manage the risks involved, we constantly review our procedures to ensure that our tasks are carried out using the most appropriate machinery available to safeguard the workforce and public.

We constantly review our clients’ needs and our own health and safety requirements to ensure that our personnel are trained and hold the relevant citb /cscs or cpcs (or equivalent) qualifications required by the industry.

For all of our health and safety policy needs we outsource to health and safety consultants so that they can constantly update us on new procedures/rules and regulations.

Old Bells Construction & Demolition are an ever expanding company undertaking work for domestic customers to businesses or corporations and even sub contracting to larger civil engineering / housing contractors. We split our services into four separate multi disciplined areas and our expertise in each of these means that you can rely on the highest standards of quality as well as a commitment to service and support. We tend to work in some unusual environments, each bringing a different challenge. Many of these areas are remote and the tasks are both complicated and carried out in difficult conditions but we aim to provide high quality, cost effective and sustainable solutions, tailored to the needs of our customers.
